Filter prospects by assigned user, lead status, tag, or date of status change! This will allow you to find and view the prospects you are looking for without seeing all of the prospects on the map.

How It Works

  1. Open the Lead Scout App: Ensure you're logged in to your Lead Scout account and have the app ready on your mobile device.

  2. Select Filter: Filter is located in the bottom right on the map next to the search bar.

  3. Choose Filters: Choose between assigned user, lead status, tag, date, or a combination.

  4. Select Done: Located in the bottom right.

  5. View the map: View your filtered map with prospects that apply to the filter(s) you set.

  6. Clear Filter: Select the 'X' next to 'Clear Filter' at the bottom of the map.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I make a filter permanent?

A1: Filters will clear every time you fully exit the app on your mobile device or it refreshes.

Q2: Can all users see all prospect activity on the map?

A2: Yes, all users can see all prospect activity within the account. They can use Filter to only see their own prospects but it will refresh every time they exit and re-enter the app.

Q3: Can I create a custom filter?

A3: As of right now, the four filter options are the only available fields that can be filtered.

Q4: Can I export a list based on my filter?

A4: You can export a CSV of scouting activity from the Dashboard on the web or Leaderboard on the mobile app to your email. Then you can create your own filters within that CSV.
