When you schedule an appointment with a prospect or a lead, make sure to set a date and time on that prospect in Lead Scout.

How to set an appointment on a prospect:
Select a Prospect: On the map view of the app, select a prospect in your Lead Scout app.
Optionally, update the Status: Tap the "Appointment Scheduled" status to indicate you have set an appointment with the prospect.
View Appointments: Scroll down the prospect card to the Appointment section.
Add an Appointment: Tap "Add" to set a date and time for the appointment.
Save: Don't forget to save your changes!
