Setting an appointment for a prospect

Save the date and time of appointments for a prospect to get reminders, sync appointments to your CRM, and more.

When you schedule an appointment with a prospect or a lead, make sure to set a date and time on that prospect in Lead Scout.

Key benefits of appointment scheduling in Lead Scout:

  • You'll get multiple reminders before the appointment, so you don't risk missing the scheduled time.

  • Appointment information will update in your connected CRM (Zapier integration required).

  • You can easily view all your prospect appointments on the map in Lead Scout by filtering for prospects with the Appointment Scheduled status

How to set an appointment on a prospect:

  1. Select a Prospect: On the map view of the app, select a prospect in your Lead Scout app.

  2. Optionally, update the Status: Tap the "Appointment Scheduled" status to indicate you have set an appointment with the prospect.

  3. View Appointments: Scroll down the prospect card to the Appointment section.

  4. Add an Appointment: Tap "Add" to set a date and time for the appointment.

  5. Save: Don't forget to save your changes!
