Why can't I add some addresses as a prospect from search?
Why can't I add some addresses as a prospect from search?

If an address is not a USPS recognized address, it cannot be added as a prospect from search in Lead Scout.

When you search for an address in Lead Scout, we give you all “mappable” addresses, and when you click on it, we will always bring you to the approximate location of that address.

Sometimes, a "mappable" address is not an actual, mailman-deliverable address - it's just where that address WOULD be if it were "valid". You see, "mappable" addresses are not necessarily "valid" or officially USPS recognized addresses. A "valid" address is one that is registered with USPS.

So while you can search for "mappable" addresses in Lead Scout, ultimately we will only allow you to add a "valid" address as a prospect.
