Does my subscription include Quantiv.io property data?
No. Quantiv.io charges Lead Scout for every address lookup so we must pass this cost along to you. We require a minimum $30/mo which give you access to look up Property Data on up to 500 address per month. Any overage is billed $0.06 per address at the end of the month.
How do I add the Quantiv.io property data to my account?
New accounts in their 7 day free trial period automatically get access at no cost. If you'd like to continue access, you may purchase a Property Data subscription by contacting support to get started.
Once subscribed, you just tell us if you want the Property Data to load automatically for every new address OR if you want to manually request the Property Data after you've pinned a new address.
Some of my prospects don't have data – why is that?
Not all homes have data available on them. In those cases, you'll notice that some or all of the Property Data attributes will says "Unknown" or will simply not populate.
