Keeping your account information up to date in Lead Scout is important for seamless communication and team collaboration. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your account information. Let's get started.
Updating Your Personal Information in your account:
Navigate to "My Account"
Start by logging into your Lead Scout account on web or mobile at https://platform.leadscoutapp.com
If you're on mobile - tap "Account" in the menu and then tap "My Account" in the list of settings.
To begin, go to your Lead Scout "My Account" page at https://platform.leadscoutapp.com/account.
Edit Your Information:
On the "My Account" page, you'll see fields for First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (Mobile). Click into the form field you want to update.
Make Your Changes:
Enter your updated information in the respective fields. For example, if you're changing your email address, type in the new address.
Save Changes:
After making updates, click "Save" to confirm your new information.
Password Reset (Optional)
If you also need to reset your password, scroll down to the "Change Password" section. Enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation.
