We're excited to introduce a game-changing feature in Lead Scout that will take your prospect management to the next level. With the introduction of "Prospect Status," you now have a powerful tool to categorize and organize your prospects based on their stage in your sales pipeline.

How to use Prospect Statuses:

When you're talking to homeowners, you will need to record some information about their current disposition. Are they likely to buy? Were they not home? Interested later? Ready to set an appointment?

Prospect Statuses are there to help you efficiently manage your prospects, categorize leads, and organize sales efforts. It provides you with predefined statuses that reflect where a prospect stands in your sales journey. These statuses are preset, ensuring consistency and ease of use.

How It Works

Adding a Status to a prospect is a breeze:

  1. Open the Lead Scout App: Ensure you're logged in to your Lead Scout account and have the app ready on your mobile device.

  2. Select a Prospect: Navigate to a prospect on the map and tap it to open the prospect details.

  3. Choose a Status: Select the appropriate status from the list of predefined options. You can choose from 10 unique statuses: "Hot Lead", "Not Home", "Revisit", "Appointment Scheduled," "Existing Customer" and more.

  4. Tap the Status: Tap the status to set it. That's it! Your prospect is now categorized under the chosen status. You can always change the status later!

Why Prospect Status Matters

This feature offers a myriad of benefits:

  • Streamlined Organization: Easily segment and organize your leads based on their status. No more sifting through unqualified leads or lost opportunities.

  • Efficient Follow-Up: Tailor your follow-up approach based on the prospect's status. Hot leads may need a different touch than prospects who are "Not Interested."

  • Sales Pipeline Clarity: Gain a clear view of where each lead stands in your sales pipeline, allowing you to prioritize and strategize effectively.

Q1: Can I customize Prospect Statuses?

A1: Currently, Prospect Statuses are preset and cannot be customized. However, they cover a wide range of common statuses to fit your needs.

Q2: Can I filter prospects by their Prospect Status?

A2: Filters are coming soon! You will be able to filter prospects by their status to view, for example, all your "Hot Leads" at once.

Q3: Can I change a prospect's status over time?

A3: Yes, you can. As your interactions with a prospect progress, you can update their status accordingly.
