Forgot your Lead Scout password? No worries! Follow these 10 simple steps to reset it securely and get back to using our platform with ease.

If you've forgotten your Lead Scout password or need to reset it for security reasons, don't worry! We've got you covered. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of resetting your Lead Scout password.

If you're logged into your account:

  1. Go to your My Account Page:

  2. Click "Update Password?":

    • On the account page, click the "Update Password" link located below the login form to trigger a reset email to your email account.

Proceed to the "Reset Your Password" section below.

If you're logged out of your account:

  1. Access the Password Reset Page:

  2. Click "Forgot Password?":

    • On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the login form.

  3. Enter Your Email Address:

    • You'll be redirected to the password reset page. Here, enter the email address associated with your Lead Scout account.

  4. Submit Request:

    • After entering your email address, click the "Reset Password" button. This will trigger an email containing a password reset link to be sent to your registered email address.

Proceed to the "Reset Your Password" section below.

Reset Your Password

  1. Check Your Email:

    • Check your email inbox (including spam or junk folders) for an email from Lead Scout with the subject "Password Reset."

  2. Click the Reset Link:

    • Open the email and click on the password reset link provided. This link is time-sensitive, so it's essential to use it promptly.

  3. Create a New Password:

    • You will be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Follow the password requirements specified on the page (e.g., a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters).

  4. Confirm Your New Password:

    • Enter your new password again to confirm it.

  5. Reset Your Password:

    • Click the "Reset Password" or "Change Password" button to save your new password.

  6. Log In:

    • You should now see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset. Return to the Lead Scout login page and log in using your new password.
