  1. Create a new prospect or open an existing prospect: Begin by adding a new prospect to the map (Long press on the map to add a new prospect) or tapping an existing prospect.

  2. Choose a status: When the prospect details pop up, locate the "Statuses" (on mobile, you can scroll from side to side to see more statuses).

  3. Select the appropriate status: Choose the status that best represents where the prospect stands in your sales qualification process.

  • Will other team members see the statuses I set? Yes, all team members will see statuses set on prospects within the account.

  • Can I set a status more than once? Yes, you can easily update a status if the prospect's disposition has changed since the last time you visited that prospect.

  • Can I set a customize or reorder the statuses? No, not at this time, although these are two features we currently have in our plans for development.
