Save homeowner's contact data when you're out in the field! You can easily add contact information to any prospect - like the Homeowner Name, their Email Address, or Phone Number.
How to add contact information to a prospect:
Select a Prospect: On the map view of the app, select a prospect in your Lead Scout app.
View Contact Info: if you have a name applied to the prospect, that shows up at the top of the prospect card. Scroll down to see all the contact information.
Edit Contact Info: Tap "Edit" on the contact card to edit the primary occupants name, email address, and phone numbers.
Save: Don't forget to save your changes!
Pro tip: use homeowner names before you knock to start with a more friendly introduction. When you introduce yourself, use the homeowner name you see in the app: "Hi are you Gary?" goes a long way to breaking the ice.
